Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their booking by contacting SinaiTrips through email or WhatsApp before the scheduled tour date.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
  • Cancellations made shortly before the tour may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or unused services.

3. Tour Cancellation by SinaiTrips

If SinaiTrips cancels a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative tour or date.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are normally processed within 5โ€“10 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Force Majeure

SinaiTrips is not responsible for cancellations caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
